The Brief
Our clients are looking to rebuild a small, traditionally built (and ageing) family bach on the shores of Lake Rotorua with a new small.smart.SIPs home.
The site is stunning - with direct lake-front access and existing use rights we can preserve and enhance.
As an inter-generational family holiday retreat - key considerations revolve around how the property and new dwelling can operate in summer, winter, and with all or some of the family staying there.
Resource Consent is granted, and Building Consent anticipated in readiness for a summer 23/24 build!
